1. In you're browser ,open Kenindia online portal

2. On the left side of the page, there is the login form

3. At the bottom of the login form, there is a forgot password ? link, click on it

Note: In the case of smart phones, scroll down to see the login form

1. Type you're correct email in the email input

2. Click request password reset button

3. Open you're email and click the sent link from kenindia

4. Type in you're new password with minimum length of 8 characters

5. Click on the submit button to change you're password
